Run don’t walk. And if you can’t run, walk and you’ll be back to running after. It’s hard to put in to words the kind of work Dr. Josh does and you really need to experience it yourself to fully understand but I’ll try. Having just finished a Hyrox and wanting to PR my next one 5 months later it was time to try to resolve my chief complaint of 8 years of chronic low back pain. I saw 2 different chiros within that timeframe and had similar experiences resulting in no resolution. After 1 visit/week for 3 weeks with Dr. Josh, my low back pain went from persistent to multiple days in a row of no pain eventually having no pain every day. I don’t even remember the last time I felt that much pain relief over an extended period of time. First win. I continued to see Josh once a week for another 3 months due to other functional body ailments while training for Hyrox. Every time I came in no matter what the issue was (shins/calves, glutes, pulled hip flexor, talk about life and/or fitness struggles, etc.) Josh had a quick solution that actually worked for the longevity (never giving out band-aids) which had me walking out the door with mental, physical, and emotional relief. Too many more wins to count. He’s compassionate, relatable, easy going, knows his s***, and his passion for helping people is easily identifiable after visiting with him a few times. I was fortunate to find him when I did and I promise you’ll be moving your body better than ever after you do, too. Will be keeping him in my back pocket. TCOM has a good thing going on. Go be a part of it if you want to wake up better than you were the day before.
