Connect Fitness is so much more than just a bootcamp I go to into the evening. I have to admit I usually would have of given up by now and got bored of spending my evening exercising but the friends I’ve made and Scott’s never needing encouragement and support has made it something I really look forward to going to after work! Connect Fitness is so much more than just a bootcamp I go to into the evening. I have to admit I usually would have of given up by now and got bored of spending my evening exercising but the friends I’ve made and Scott’s never needing encouragement and support has made it something I really look forward to going to after work! His attention to detail to making sure I’m performing the exercises correctly and that any exercises I can’t do are quickly adapted is something I haven’t experienced before all whilst making the class fun! I have been doing connect fitness for 2 months now and well.. what can I say ... scott is wonderful... the group he has created is so welcoming and so much fun Scott's dedication shows in every class he does I started off with the 6 week transformation, I was extremely nervous as I have always struggled with my confidence and weight. When I went to the first class he was so helpful and introduced me to all the ladies ... there is no judgement.. all there is, is support from scott and the ladies Scott is on hand to help you though your exercise journey ladies !!!! I would highly recommend connect fitness for a great workout plan/transformation and also for a great community Less

Scott, the trainer is an upbeat, bubbly, thoughtful, funny, knowledgeable guy and the ladies in community are the most amazing and inspiring ladies. Great sessions - the get - and then keep - fit is 1 thing but you’re also part of a great bunch of ladies so you want to keep going!
