Mark was really helpful. He did a great job informing us and keeping his promises (something rare in this home-buying process). He checked on us to see how everything was going and reassure us. We switched from a previous lender who lied about everything and we were traumatized/paranoid but he got us through the finish line and saved us $15,000 at closing from what our original lender quoted. This allowed me to comfortably buy some furniture and decor. The sellers, sellers agent, and our realtor were awful.
