Mark was really helpful. He did a great job informing us and keeping his promises (something rare in this home-buying process). He checked on us to see how everything was going and reassure us. We switched from a previous lender who lied about everything and we were traumatized/paranoid but he got us through the finish line and saved us $15,000 at closing from what our original lender quoted. This allowed me to comfortably buy some furniture and decor. The sellers, sellers agent, and our realtor were awful. Mark is the only person in the whole process who was truly a professional and knowledgable about the industry! Thank you a million times over! We love our home and it was worth it all!

All I know is that when it came to getting a mortgage for the last 10 years all I heard was the word “NO”!! Being self employed and having a less than stellar situation made it impossible to ever get any kind of loan. When I reached out to Henry I was very skeptical because of how much rejection I’d experienced. However, after that phone call Henry made me feel very confident and gave me a game plan on how we were going to make it happen. Henry, his processors, his underwriters, and everyone else behind the scenes were amazing and did everything they said they would, when they said they would. If they said something would get done by Thursday, that is when it would be done. Henry himself works tirelessly around the clock and on weekends if he needs to to make sure he keeps his word. The very first thing he ever said to me was "I promise you will get your house" and he kept that promise until the very last second. I could not have asked for a better person to represent me for my home-loan. He voluntarily took on the stress so that I didnt have to and he will do the same for you. Without going into detail, for the better part of 3 weeks, it looked as though my house was going to fall through. Henry utilized his knowledge of loans, laws, appraisals, and everything else to ensure that he kept his promise to me 6 months earlier. He will do what needs to be done to get people their homes. Henry is a great person to have on your side fighting for you!!!!
