Mark was really helpful. He did a great job informing us and keeping his promises (something rare in this home-buying process). He checked on us to see how everything was going and reassure us. We switched from a previous lender who lied about everything and we were traumatized/paranoid but he got us through the finish line and saved us $15,000 at closing from what our original lender quoted. This allowed me to comfortably buy some furniture and decor. The sellers, sellers agent, and our realtor were awful. Mark is the only person in the whole process who was truly a professional and knowledgable about the industry! Thank you a million times over! We love our home and it was worth it all!
