Great local building company. Good communication, and practical problem solving from Director down to the onsite builders. They also have a good partnership with other (mainly local) trades which makes the project smooth and efficient.

Michael and Harry are huge local assets, full of knowledge and experience in all areas of building and projects. We have had several projects completed by the Megham team, from renovating cottages/houses, building sheds, repairs and maintenance, to project managing a large scope of works - nothing is too big or too small. Our experience with Megham was excellent. The team is easy to deal with and flexible with options to achieve large bodies of work over a short period of time. We think the result is fantastic, with high-quality work achieved in condensed timeframes. The team provided practical solutions when working through significant renovations with lots of challenges due to the age of some of the properties being renovated. We highly recommend Megham!

Mick and Harry assisted us with the renovations of our 1860's heritage listed cottage. We had been working away ourselves after a rather unfortunate rising damp issue required walls to be taken back to brick... a year later and my husband finally cracked it at lack of process... enter Mick the Magnificent (as he will be eternally known in our house!). From the very minute Mick arrived on scene things started happening. Mick and Harry get the necessary paperwork out of the way to ensure your security then crack on with the job. Every single morning that Mick had someone coming to do something I would get a text with the details and you know what, exactly what Mick said would happen would actually happen. On the odd occasions things changed, Mick would be straight on the phone with an update of why and when it would happen. This was without exception. Mick's reach into the local trades is phenomenal including getting them to work Saturdays'. Mick's respect for us and our home was incredible, always asking us what we wanted and taking the time to explain another way where that just wasn't possible. I quickly became au fait with Mick's subtle way of telling me he was concerned about design choices... a picture of a paint colour or a tile would pop up... Initially I'd go, yep that's the one, thinking that's what he wanted! We cannot recommend Mick and Harry and the team at Megham highly enough... so much so that we are about to embark on another garage and granny flat project with them. They are exceptional, the best I have come across in their industry.
