Met Jeremy and Colt for a quote and from the very first meeting I knew I was in good hands. What I appreciated the most was that all of their construction crew was part of their company and that they weren't subcontracting as a lot of companies do. They completely understood my vision (I had already purchased tile, paint, fixtures and had a design plan) and they worked with me to stay within my budget. They did a complete remodel of my master bathroom converting it into a bathroom and closet and a mini facelift on my guest bathroom. I couldn't have been happier with the day to day activity. Carlos (a man with many construction talents) was onsite everyday and if I had questions, requests or comments he responded immediately. He also kept the worksite clean and organized. There wasn't any disruption to the rest of my house. Not sure how, but even the usual "construction dust" was kept to a minimum. I had fallen in love with with a shallow wall cabinet and they were able to convert it into a floating vanity. They also made a custom barn door for me. I couldn't be happier.The attached before (didn't think to take a picture until demolition had begun) and after pictures of the master bathroom are just a small portion of what they did.

Excellent experience all around. Jeremy was extremely helpful in determining what we needed in our master bathroom and worked with us back and forth to get the perfect design. His crew was consistently conscientious and efficient. Most importantly, the entire team was responsive and never acted like any question or concern was too small to address. The price was fair and I felt the level of service far surpasses what I typically receive from contractors. We will be hiring Sands & Sons again for our second bathroom.

So we hired Sands and Sons originally to renovate two upstairs bathrooms and some ceiling repair after a plumbing failure flooded one of the upstairs toilet rooms. We loved the work so much that we had them do a lot more. In the end they completed two restroom remodels, new upstairs carpet, complete new stairs, banisters and hand rails, repainted the master bath cabinets, remodeled the fireplace and adjacent wall and several little miscellaneous fixes around the house. Jeremey is extremely professional and there team of Carlos, Franye, Carlos, Enrique and Jerry were very good at their trade and very helpful with ideas and recommendations that we are very happy with the completed work. Will definitely be using them again.

Wanted to have my two kid’s bathtubs redone, one shower conversion one tile redo. Sent Jeremy a Facebook message at 8:00 at night and heard back from him a few minutes later. This set the tone of how on top of it he was on the job. Showed up and gave me a competitive quote. Job went ahead of schedule. Matt and Jeremy were there every step of the way. If I didn’t think something looked right, they addressed it head on and took care of it. Both showers look great, and couldn’t be happier with the result or their professionalism. They kept the house clean and picked up after themselves. I don’t throw out reviews, these guys are on it and the results are second to none.
