Very responsive. Using the app to check in and out made it super convenient. Didnt have to make sure to be there before closing. Didn’t have to wait for someone to get the paperwork and print it etc. I got there 15 min was out. When I dropped it off. I was there even less time. Price was fair also. Will rent from them again every time I need a trailer. Oh, and the trailer was a quality trailer not some cheap piece.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACE TRAILER RENTALS. Rented a 24' tilt bed trailer to pick up a car and some equipment from Corpus Christi. The trailer was in excellent condition and even had a winch with remote control, tie down straps and binders all at no extra charge. The price was fair and even a little cheaper than others i looked at. Will definitely use them again when I need a trailer.

Rented a 20 foot enclosed car hauler trailer. The trailer has a nice E-Track system inside with the couplers to secure a Porsche Spyder RS. Loading ramp was perfect for low clearance sports cars. Trailer in excellent condition, heavy duty tires, and towed great! I personally towed with a Rivian R1T locally. The business was very accommodating and met all my needs for the trip.

If I could give six stars I would. I rented a 16x7 enclosed trailer at the weekly rate which was significantly lower in price than U-Haul. It will hold a 10x10 storage unit or a two bedroom apartment easily. Ace beats UHaul hands down in price, quality and condition of the trailer and in customer service. Dolly, six blankets, straps, furniture dolly’s and an etrack system included in the trailer rental at no additional price. Chris is the owner, very polite and answers and returns calls quickly. Ace is the place folks! Ace also has flatbeds, and other trailer types for rental. The business is located in Porter and easy to get to without the traffic battle in Houston. There is also a link that is sent to you to do everything on line; rental agreement, inspection and return and invoice and payment. You’ll send me a Christmas card if you rent from Ace!
