Our family hired Fred for my husbands post decree case, then Lucy for our appeals case; Not only did they win our case, they were the BEST law firm we have done business with in the 12 years we've been in court; Our case was a case of precedent which our sons were being abused and the layers of lies were so thick that when we started, my husband had supervised visitation and ended up with my husband winning full custody and decision-making; Fred was AMAZING!! His representation of the facts was so awesome, opposing council withdrew bc the mom was lying on the witness stand and Fred's cross examining was ON POINT! We couldn't have asked for a better team! We are sad we moved outta CO to only move to outta State where they didn't have another Fred and Associates! For the record, Wendi (paralegal) was our favorite; We miss them all!
