We lost a large part of roof shingles on 9/28/22 with Hurricane Ian. Didn't have power until 9/30/22. I filed with our insurance company on that date, and contacted John Berriola/Sales Manager/Wolff Roofing. My first concern was to have a tarp installed to prevent rain instrusion until the roof was repaired. Wolff Roofing had a 4 man team out first thing Monday, 10/3/22, who took extensive pictures of the damage and installed a tarp. Due to damage all over Florida, we didn't expect the roof to be completed right away. Tropical Storm Nicole came along in October and tore part of the tarp away. One call to John, and a team came out and replaced it. After the insurance inspector came out and provided a cost detail, we signed a contract on 12/5/22 with Wolff Roofing to replace the roof. Leesa Holmes/Production contacted me on 12/9/22 with details of the planned installation. She provided detailed information on the start date, placing of the dumpster, detailed pictures, shingle delivery, county inspections, names of crew leader and supervisor. Everything happened exactly as she said beginning 12/26/22. Reuben was the crew leader for the roof replacement. He and his crew were exemplary. They were prompt to arrive, they worked diligently, and cleaned up each day. Never saw a wasted minute. I don't know how all of their crews work, but I clearly got a top notch professional crew. Given the number of unprofessional crews I have had to deal with during the past three years, I know of what I speak. This is a lengthy review, but I wanted people in search of a roofing contractor to know the standards by which this company works. I hope I never need their services again, but if I did, they would be my go to company.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Wolff Roofing from the start with our estimate to the completion of our roof. I know many have been effected by the hurricane and trying to find a company who cares about there customers is hard to find now a days. Well look no further! Wolff Roofing should be your number one choice! They not only care about there customers needs they to above and beyond that. Lisa did an amazing job helping my husband and I pick the perfect color for our roof. It looks beyond amazing, we have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors who have passed by.

We booked the service for a time we could stop working while the roof was being re-done. The work started on time and finished according to plan. I was impressed, considering a hurricane hit Ft Myers nearby and roofing companies were doing emergency repairs there.

A much overdue review! My representative Steve made the process easy, stress & worry free. Him and everyone i worked with were very nice, patient & great to deal with. They answered all my questions in a timely manner no matter how silly they may have been. The materials & workers showed up on time and when they were supposed to. I write this review now to emphasize the quality of their work. My new roof was done February 2022, it needed to be replaced after a freak wind storm in Port Charlotte. Well I am happy to say that after surviving hurricane Ian, A Cat 4 my roof and all shingles were completely intact!! Not a single shingle was lost! That is the quality of work they do. Also, a huge concern for me was stray nails in my yard. Almost a year later I've only found 3 or 4, so their clean up is just as good! My only complaint which is not really anyone's fault is from the vibration created by them working caused fragile & sentimental items to fall off of a shelf and break. That's not anything we could have predicted. I highly recommend them!

Wolff roofing replaced our roof and they did such a great job! They not only helped us by getting us a new roof, they also helped with all of the insurance stuff. Our new roof is so pretty! I highly recommend them!

I scheduled a REPAIR on my 5 year old roof. I emailed a picture to show the only damage to the roof. Next day I got a call to schedule assessment in which I said no I need a REPAIR done. 3 weeks later my appt finally here and I call ahead and they say it's an assessment and I said no I need a repair. It should have been very clear that I'm not getting a repair after that's all I was asking for. I work in service as a plumber and we may have totally different jobs but a guy showing up WITHOUT tools as a roofer or a plumber is still just a salesman. And yes we did speak about your email. Funny how you use email to say i was unresponsove because I sent an email with a picture of the damage asking for a reply that it was received and I never got that reply. Also I spoke with lisa on the phone and had to schedule AGAIN... So please tell me why I need to email a 3rd response after talking over the phone twice... so that's makes Wolff roofing hypocrits saying I need to respond to their emails but it's unnecessary for them to respond to mine when I asked for a response. Bottom line is you're all about sales sales sales...I have nothing bad to say about the work and they may have the best roofers around but they smell of slimey salesmen.

This company takes zero responsibility for it's own negligence. Customer is 100% responsible for all of Wolff's work, actions, non-actions and negligence. Buyer beware with this company. With so many options in the Sarasota area, please do yourself a favor and shop around. Do not sign anything-ANYTHING until you have a written estimate in hand prior to signing ANY of their paperwork. FOLLOW UP and the rest of the story: My "nasty personal" comment to the manager was, "I hope your family never has a similar problem and has to deal with someone like you" TRUTH. These guys could have easily taken 15 minutes to take a look inside my attic to check for any unforeseen problems. They didn't. I hired them and trusted them to do their job- had I known that I needed an inspection prior to their work getting done, I would have. They knew there was potential for something like this as it was a disclaimer in their contract- had I hired Daryl and Daryl, I wouldn't be complaining. They originally accused my plumber of lying about the roofing nail in my gas line--then fell back on the gas line not being originally installed to code- which apparently it wasn't. Then, told me that they couldn't help me unless I took my "bad" review down. I expected more from this company and they didn't deliver, didn't apologize and then boasted about how busy they are and how great they are. So, I stand by my original comments- don't sign anything with them until you read their contract, and shop around. My bad, I trusted them. My bad, I didn't read all the details - that's why I am suggesting to everyone out there to not make the same mistake I made.

After so many in my neighborhood were having their roofs replaced and insurance companies just kept raising rates to offset roof replacements but refused to compromise, I contacted John from Wolff Roofing and he did a free inspection of my roof. It turned out that there was much more damage than I thought, all documented with hundreds of photos. John submitted the claim to my insurance company and took the ball from there, my involvement was minimal. Removal, repairs, and installation took three days, those guys working essentially from sunup to sundown. The results have been faultless. A far less painless experience than anyone would imagine in my humble opinion, though this is the first time I have every made a claim of this nature, so I was pleasantly surprised.
