I had a great experience from start to finish! The artist, Reservoir was extremely responsive when i reached out, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. The portrait of my son turned out absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and attention to detail.Everyone else at the shop was also friendly, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service.I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Reservoirink to anyone looking for amazing work and a great atmosphere!

I’ve been wanting to get my Medusa re-pierced for a while now, and I found them on Google and saw all the reviews, so I figured I would shoot a text to the number listed. From the communication to the actual piercing, everything was 100% professional. The customer service through the number you text was also super friendly! I didn’t feel judged at all when asking questions, and they even tried to help me get into the building when I wasn’t sure how to enter.Zeus asked me what piercing I wanted, and I said my belly at first. Then, the longer I sat in the chair, the more I started thinking about all the other piercings I’ve wanted. So, at the last minute, I told him I also wanted my Medusa done.I let him know about my history with both piercings. I’ve had my belly pierced multiple times in the past, and it rejected every time. I also told him that I had my Medusa pierced about three years ago but ended up taking it out because it was pierced crooked.My boyfriend came with me and warned him that I may or may not barf because I did the last time I got my Medusa pierced 😂. We joked about it a little, but Zeus was very professional the entire time. He told me that if I needed to lay down, I could, and he really took his time and gave me a chance to relax before doing my belly piercing.He also warned me that because I have so much scar tissue on my belly from having it pierced so many times before, it might hurt. But to my surprise, it honestly only stung for a second when he pushed the needle through, and then I was completely fine!100% recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back because I already want more piercings. Thank you so much for being so friendly and for not making me feel judged, especially considering the history I’ve had with piercings in the past. I had such a good experience! I’ll add a photo of my belly once it healed. Also 160$ for gold jewelry, two piercings is honestly and the aftercare spray was much better then I though it would be!

1000/10 experience. I had never been to this shop until today. I went and got 3 piercings by Zeus on my break. He was patient and informative regarding my piercings/ placement/ aftercare. Highly recommend!! ❤️
