When we first started looking for a buyer’s agent, another agent actually told us that “off-market properties are a myth buyers’ agents tell their clients.” Despite this, we trusted Stacey from the outset and she proved that statement completely wrong, presenting us with several genuine off-market opportunities throughout our journey!Stacey is an incredible buyer’s agent. She works incredibly hard, has strong relationships with agents across the Gold Coast, and wasn’t afraid to speak up for us. She knows exactly what to say and when to say it. At one point, when we were feeling desperate, Stacey could have encouraged us to settle on a property just to move things along. Instead, she was honest and told us when she didn’t believe a property was right for us, even if it made her job harder. Our experience with Stacey buying our first house was beyond our expectations.We had a very short time window to buy and were not able to secure anything in our budget. It got very stressful for us with a very fast pace market with prices increasing quickly.
