I'd give 7 stars if I could. I've been to a few gyms including some which had a couple pros on their roster but this gym tops them all. Staff are great people and great trainers too. The team that's been put together is solid and each trainer brings their own unique set of skills. In a lot of gyms its rare to get focused input from the coaches and a lot of the time, they just leave you to it but at Limitless, the coaches are attentive and give frequent feedback when you're training so you've always got consistent guidance. In the short time I've been here, I've picked up so much technical knowledge that I'm actually surprised no previous coach has ever broken it down the way the guys at Limitless have. You really get to see the difference between just hitting a bag and actually training skills. The atmosphere in the gym has been welcoming and friendly since day one and I always see the trainer's giving time to new arrivals. I could say much more but this reviews already a bit long but there's a lot to say about this place. I would and I already do recommend this to anyone looking to train whether you're a beginner or experienced.

Both my children have been attending Limitless for a few months and have really enjoyed it. Their confidence and skills have improved a lot in that time. The coaching is great and the sessions are well run. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic Family run Martial arts classes at Southampton. Team is fantastic. Sarah and Sohail very friendly, approachable and professional. My son comes 4 times a week and would do more if we had the time lol. This business isn't just about the money in fact, it's more about making everyone feel seen and involved. Super impressed eith the young teacher who's only 17, but is absolutely brilliant with the children at BJJ class. He makes me want to join the class. Real fun, friendly, approachable, engaging and i could go on and on. Can't recommend them all enough! Thank you

Limitless martial arts its a very warm welcoming place they make you feel comfortable and confident. Good for all age groups with good age mixture and excellent training by Sohail and sara . Thank you and very much recommended.
