Love bringing the kids here for their birthday. Erin and Savannah are the absolute best. They make the kids have a blast during the party and make the birthday kid feel extra special. The one thing that I do miss is open play they had on Sundays I wish they would bring it back.

Our son had such a great experience in the Little Sluggers class in the spring season. Coach Erin and her helpers were great at introducing the little ones to different sports each week. My son clapped every time we pulled up in front of the location. He was always very engaged. We hope to be back in the fall. Thanks for a great experience!

Had my daughter’s 5th birthday here. Loved how all we had to do was show up with a cake. Everything was taken care of by TIA, from decor, goodybag, ordering pizza, drinks and more! The kids had a blast with the organized activity games and so did the adults, especially with the outdoor hang out space! Entire staff super helpful, patient and kind! Parking also available! Entire space very clean and organized! Will be throwing my son’s birthday here next. I recommend this place to anyone with kids!

I had my sons 7th birthday here and honestly it was the best!!! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. As a busy mom, this is exactly what I needed. They handled everything and entertained the kids the whole time. Everyone had a blast! Thank you TIA!!

We hosted our daughter’s 7th birthday party there with a big group of kids and their parents. Everything went very smoothly. I had requested for a decor which led to zero waste(so no balloons) and no plastic disposables. Lisa was very receptive, reachable and flexible. Everyone had a great time on an otherwise rainy dull day.

Amazing location, food, team and packages! I recently celebrated my sons 2nd birthday at the Edgewater location and I was blown away with how everything came out. From the planning process to the day of the event, it was simply perfect. Everything went so smooth and exceeded my expectations. The birthday boy and party guest all had a blast and didn’t want to leave the dug out. Overall, excellent pizza, packages, and staff. If you looking for a great time for both your child and party guests, you have found the best event location and management!

Highly recommended! We attended a birthday party before and a trial class and were sold to have my daughter's 5th birthday party there. The whole concept is great and a lot of fun for all ages. All the parents told me they loved the sports theme birthday celebration. The kids loved the variety of activities, the music and the coaches, who were sweet, engaging, and kept everyone very active. Most guests kept trying to open the double doors despite the signs stating that the entrance is through the side door, so I wish I had thought of taping a balloon to make it more obvious or perhaps TIA could for future events, just a minor observation. My communication while planning the event was professional and smooth. We only had to take the cake and they did a beautiful decoration!

Hosted 4 year old birthday party there today and all the guests had a great time. The coaches were engaging and made my son feel so special. They also helped a lot with our logistics and we only needed to just bring a cake. We booked the outdoor area for adults but it turned out all parents just wanted to watch their kids so that was wasted, though it would be a nice set up for a cooler day with more adults. Overall strongly recommended!

My son just began his week long summer camp. The price is a bit steep even with discount but worth it. I liked all the activities they make kids do. Love the staff there, they are great with kids and my son looks forward to going there again. Also like that they send regular photos of the activities kids do. That’s important as it keeps me connected with what my kid is learning.

We love the inner athlete! My 4yo attends their classes and camps in Hoboken and we just had his birthday party at he Edgewater location. Staff are fantastic with the kids- he always leaves with an huge smile and burned off a ton of energy as a plus.

We've been going to the Inner Athlete for almost 3 years, both of my daughters love it! Lisa has a great structure and the coaches are wonderful. Highly recommend for any child (from energetic to shy), the kids love their activities.

My daughter has absolutely loved her Rookie Overtime class. A day doesn't go by without her asking if she's going to Inner Athlete. And all she does is talk about each and every instructor. I highly recommend!!

My 3 year old son has been going to rookie overtime 3 hour drop-off class for 3 semesters, and he absolutely loves everything about TIA. TIA Edgewater is a safe, loving, and open environment for kids. They have both indoor & OUTDOOR spacious areas where kids can run and explore multi-sports and fun filled activities. Best place to have fun, grow and learn about friendship and teamwork. All the coaches at TIA are very professional in leading and instructing our kids, they also take the time to get to know each one of kids in class, especially Coach Lisa and Coach Clair they put a lot of efforts to listen to and feedback parents.

My son attended the Rookie Overtime classes in the mornings Jan '23-June '23. He absolutely loves the classes and coaches, esp Coach Claire. She is super sweet and patient with all the kids. After every class my son is full of energy because he's so happy from the few hours he was doing sports, and then a craft at the end. The indoor space is very spacious and the outdoor areas are perfect for their water days! I cannot say enough good things about what the owner, Lisa, provides to the kids in our community.
