Donovan is the best hearing care professional with whom I’ve dealt. He helped me numerous times with an issue from another company. I won’t be going anywhere else—ever. My experience with an online purchase of a hearing aid has been rot with complications. My hearing aids did not work for 18 months of the three years I have had them. However, Donovan worked directly with the manufacturer to finally solve the issue after 18 months. I will never use another hearing care professional. I highly recommend Wichita Falls Hearing and especially Donovan.
