Andreas and Jessica came out today to resolve an issue with water leaking through my ceiling from an upstairs neighbor. our a/c drain line leaked and caused a complete flood in one of our bedrooms and hallway. we called united water restoration today on a saturday and received a call from their technician, chris, very quickly saying he was en route! he showed up and very thoroughly assessed our situation, gave us a very fair quote, and got to work fixing our issue. he was super friendly, great with our daughter who wanted to see what the "water man" was doing, and super informative about our situation and what to expect. i could not be happier with the level of detail, communication, efficiency, and friendliness that we received from him, especially on a weekend!
