Last year I started a big DIY project after getting 3 ridiculous quotes from contractors. I stopped in New Line to look at bathroom fixtures, not sure what to expect. Adam and Steve immediately earned my trust and business; supplying 90% of my materials at a very competitive rate. Even more than that, over the last few months they have provided me exceptional design advice, subcontractors for flooring and glass, and the type of personalized attention you don't find anymore. They customized fixtures, dealt patiently with all of my questions, made sure the work was excellent, and delivered materials on site (often the same day). Despite playing such a critical role in the project, Adam and Steve supported my DIY GC project even when it stretched on a few months past when I told myself (and everyone else it would be done). I was not operating from a blue print, so there were multiple changes in design and materials. There is not one recommendation or suggestion I received from New Line that didn't improve my project, and I feel like I received high end materials at an incredible value. I am referring all my friends and family to New Line. My in laws have just had their basement redone by them as well. My decision to walk into New Line has saved me time, money, and delivered the kind of result I am proud of. Thank you Adam and Steve.

The team at New Line Kitchen & Bath is extraordinary. For years, we had put off doing a number of improvement projects because of how challenging it is to find good and trustworthy contractors who care about their projects. We’re incredibly lucky to have found this team, because the work they did was absolutely outstanding. They took our old galley-style kitchen in a 1940’s house and transformed it into the most functional, modern and cozy center of our home that I could have imagined. Additionally, they replaced all of the flooring in our home, created a focus point out of our old fireplace, painted throughout replaced all interior doors, as well as our entryway door.Working with Mehmet, Adam and their team was beyond easy – it was effortless. They listened to what our needs were, proposed great and ingenious solutions to our long-standing problems and converted our living space into something that exceeded all of our expectations. The whole team was so pleasant to work with – very flexible in adjusting as our ideas started to take shape and evolved from the original plans, and their attention to detail was evident in their great workmanship. It’s not often that you hear about contractors that work cleanly and with great attention, and that they finish projects on time and within budget, but all of these things are true about the New Line team. We will definitely be working with them on other projects around our home.

Had good experience working with Mehmet and Adam on first installing a tiled shower, renovating our kitchen, and window replacement. Mehmet continuously worked with me on design choices, presenting a variety of options. Adam was great onsite working with the crew and taking time to answer any questions we had. The shower was done quickly and efficiently. Quality fixtures were recommended that stayed within our budget.The kitchen remodel involved knocking down a wall and replacing the tile with a hardwood floor that blends seamlessly with the old hardwood floor which was all refinished as part of the remodel. There was an added cost of laying a subfloor before the hardwood was added which wasn’t in the initial quote. Another added expense was the need to add a new electric panel to bring everything up to code. Adam worked with us patiently and the electrician to help keep the cost of electrics down.We love our green granite counter tops that informed all the design choices from our two-tone cabinets to the green subway tile backsplash. I worked with Mehmet to create a mudroom area that has a bench, hooks, drawers, and a pantry. His suggestion for a broom closet helped complete the space. In the cooking area we love having the big drawers for storage that Mehmet recommended. The many choices of hardware that Newline had to offer made it easy to customize the space to our satisfaction.We made some additions to the remodel after starting, replacing water pipes and window replacement. With every piece of the project Adam and Mehmet were accommodating to the changes which added time to our project. Overall, the crews that came into our home were all very respectful of our space and it was easy to communicate with Adam and Mehmet throughout the project. I found the pricing at Newline to be very reasonable and the work good quality. I liked the added convenience of having a showroom to visit for looking at options. I highly recommend Newline especially if you are looking for a one-stop shop for your remodeling project.

We had a great experience with Mehmet ( owner ) and his team.We got our wooden flooring refinished via them and also got our powder room done ( vanity ) and toilets across the home …Communication and professionalism is what I was impressed with and what was good was I had to deal with one place for all my home needs . They had an excellent options for toilets across your needs and price point and there was never any pressure to go with one vs other . We had a backsplash project that needed to be done at our home, and Alvaro and his wife from Newline finished the project in less than one day and it's beautiful! We thought since our ask from Newline was small that we would be ignored, but Steve (Mehmet), the owner, was more than happy to schedule us in, flexed with us as our project timeline changed, and delivered the final result at a great value. New Line is truly a one stop shop. My wife and I gut rehabbed our house and popped in one day to browse. Our budget was small but they never once treated us as lower priority. We quickly realized the value of having a team like New Line to guide us through the process. We even ended up with some high end finishes we never thought we’d be able to afford. They helped us with everything from fixtures, cabinets, vanities to countertops. They even got us our glass shower door. Can’t recommend this company enough.
