Couldn’t recommend it more.Fantastic gym and honestly my favorite in Milan. After living here for many years, I’ve tried almost every gym in the city, but this is the first one I’ve actually stayed loyal to for over two years and that says everything.The team is incredibly dedicated, professional, and always welcoming. The space is extremely clean, well maintained, and you can really feel the attention to even the smallest details. The atmosphere is motivating without being overwhelming, and I’m genuinely so happy with both the experience and the results I achieved here.

Frequento Healthy Globe per Pilates e mi trovo davvero benissimo! Dili è bravissima, molto preparata e sempre estremamente attenta alle esigenze individuali. Ho avuto per molto tempo un problema all’anca e si è sempre presa grande cura nel seguirmi, adattando gli esercizi quando necessario. Ottima anche la possibilità di essere flessibili con gli orari!Tutti davvero molto cordiali e l’ambiente è piacevole, accogliente e professionale. Super consigliato!
