Hard to find a good appliance repair company in Charlotte County. This company is great. Same day service to diagnose the problem with my dryer on a Friday. Expedited the kit to repair it. They had it on Sunday and Mike came back Monday and I was good to go. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his profession and has great interpersonal skills. A definite asset to your company. Would recommend and have to anyone.

Finding a trustworthy repair company is tough, but this one is a gem. They arrived promptly the next day, and Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosing my freezer issue right away. I highly recommend Xpress Pros LLC if you need appliance repair! I called left a message. They called me back. They troubleshot it over the phone. I gave them the model number. We ordered the part and they were out fixing it as soon as the part came in saved me a service call charge. Every time I’ve had a question they have either answered or called back within minutes! Mikes Customer service is above and beyond!
