They offered me a service but their policy is 3 months minimum, but I would have to go to their website to request deactivation and it takes 30 days to deactivate. I thought it was weird that it takes that long to deactivate, but maybe they do that so they can get more money from the customers. I was told that since my account will be charged on the 15th, I should request the deactivation prior to that date so they wouldn’t charge my account the next month.I waited until they charged me 2 months, then I went in to deactivate my account so they can charge me again for the 3rd month but will be deactivated after that, because 3 months is most I can spend. I called the office after 3 months were charged to confirm my account is deactivated and they told me it is deactivated and I wouldn’t be charged for the 4th month, but the 15th came and my card was charged again! I called the office and they said that they see it was deactivated so they don’t know why I was charged, but they cannot help me on their end. They suggested that I go ahead and put in another deactivation request now, but it would take another month for it to be deactivated and I will be charged one more time!!! I said I don’t want to be charged again and would like a refund for the 4th month they charged me, so the office lady told me to send an email to the corporate, which I did.So I signed up on 2/25. They charged me on the date that I signed up, 2/25, then 3/15, 4/15. I requested deactivation on 4/9 so that my account would not be charged on 5/15, but I was charged again on 5/15, which is wrong because I have already paid 3 times already and my account is deactivated on May 9th.I got an email reply from the corporate that because I signed up on 2/25, I cannot REQUEST deactivation until on or after 5/25, which means my account will not be deactivated until 6/25, and they will charge me for 5/15 and 6/15. That is 5 months, not 3 months as they have told me.I‘m totally scammed by this business and am really stressed out because I don’t have the extra budget for 2 extra months!I wanted to write this review so others can be aware of what they are getting into before signing up with BOGO.
