We called and complained and sent pictures of all the stuff left dirty. They said they would send another crew or to reclean. We requested a different crew but sent the same girl and another one. Some things were better the second time but they never even addressed everything we brought up, never touched baseboards or vacuumed along the edges of carpet (piles of dust) didn't mop the kitchen floor, etc. Their reclean was max 1 hour and I saw them leave. For the price I paid I could still show you how dirty things were left. Would NOT recommend this company. Less

I unfortunately cannot recommend this company for a deep clean. Husband and I hired this company to deep clean our home prior to moving in. We were out of state at the time of the clean so we were unable to do a walk through with the cleaners. The day we moved in we were uncertain if the home was cleaned at all. I am honestly not sure if the floors were anything more than swept. I am attaching some photos. It was upsetting as we had movers come the same day and were unable to deep clean the home prior to moving our things in.Our house is definitely a fixer upper and on the older side so I didn’t expect a shiny clean new home, I would also understand if some stains from inside cabinets were unable to be removed. but I would’ve appreciated some communication from the company after the clean - they could’ve reached out to say “hey, we couldn’t remove all the stains and blemishes fromInside cabinets”. That way we wouldn’t have been so disappointed to find the house in the state it was after paying nearly $1k for the clean.To the owners of this company - I would recommend better communication with clients and being upfront about what you can and cannot clean.To future customers - if you hire this company, make sure you are present to do a walk-through after the clean. We hired Another One Sweeps the Dust back in February of 2023. There were a few red flags in the beginning that I chose to ignore because I really wanted it to work out. After my initial meeting with Tad I received a quote that was well over a thousand dollars a month (for a scheduled cleaning once a week). I explained that was way too expensive. I then received another quote that was more reasonable. We agreed on that price and then about two weeks later he increased the price and said I could look for another cleaning service if I didn't like it (claiming he underestimated how long it would take to clean- which was a ridiculous). I agreed to the new price and within roughly four months we had a total of six different cleaners. The first two were fine but didn't last long and then it went downhill after that. One cleaner didn't lock our doors or set an alarm when she left the property. Another cleaner brought her boyfriend along for the job. The cleaner after that cleaned once and then didn't show up for the next scheduled cleaning. Our last cleaner showed up to cover the missed cleaning and explained that Tad told her the job was much smaller than it was. She was also told it would take an hour (takes about two hours) She told me that she would clean that day but would probably not be back to clean again because she lives 40 min. away. After that discussion it became very clear to me that Tad (owner) seemed to be consistently underpaying the cleaners while also downplaying the size of the job. These woman would come out to clean once or twice before realizing they were being taken advantage of. It created a situation where it was impossible to find a consistent person to come out and clean. Instead it was a revolving door of different people. This was a problem for security reasons as well as the constant need to train someone new every 2 weeks. When I voiced my frustration to Tad I was met with him blaming me for needing the cleaning certain days (something he said he could provide). I explained that he had said he could provide a consistent person to clean once a week and instead we are on our sixth cleaner is four months. He denied that we have had six different people and said that we actually only had four which was untrue. I really wanted to like this company and Tad seemed really nice at first but it turned out to not be a good fit for us.RESPONSE TO OWNER: Your attempt at fixing the issues were to offer to send another cleaner. This would have been our 7th cleaner and you could not guarantee that she would stay. Also, the month of April was paid in full. The only thing you are not charging us for was 1 cleaning (in May) that was supposed to happen on Saturday and instead happened on Tuesday afternoon (because your cleaner didn't even show up). You did not show up to go over anything with the cleaner as I had to take time out of my day to do that. This isn't anything I should be charged for which is why you are not doing so. You were made aware of the Sunday afternoon cleaning schedule during our first meeting. It was temporary as the tenant that created this need would be moving out in the near future. You told me you could provide a consistent cleaner on Sunday afternoons which is why we hired you. A few weeks ago I explained that the cleaner could come post 5pm on Fri, Sat afternoon or anytime on Sunday and you still couldn't make that work. This is typical when cleaning office buildings however you still took every opportunity to complain to me about it. Less
