Adam was great. Listened well and gave me some great tools for my nerves and confidence. I'd seen someone previously who tried to do past life regression which I'm not interested in. His counselling and hypnotherapy skills are great. I struggle to close my eyes to focus in unknown places, and he worked with that. Highly recommend

Anxiety had been running my life for so long I'd just accepted it as normal. A friend suggested hypnosos and I nearly didn't book but so glad I did. I had 3 visits in total that were a mixture of hypnotherapy and EMDR for fear of heights and bridges. I had won a trip to do the Kokoda trail and even though I had been sceptical of this type of therapy, without really knowing much about it, I am truly amazed at the difference it has made. I could not have completed this challenge without the help I received from Adam Dear at Bloom Hypnotherapy! He was amazing, professional and understanding of my fears. I felt comfortable with him and can definitely recommend him.
