I had the pleasure of meeting two incredibly talented young chefs, Ron and Tay, who were behind the amazing meal I had. I was raving about the food, only to find out these two were the ones who cooked it! It was honestly mind-blowing to discover that two young chefs had the skill and precision of seasoned industry veterans. The vibes were on point, and the food was next level. The atmosphere and the service is always good. It's the paying part is always messed up. It never adds up and I don't know if they're doing their own gratuity and then still get a tip or how they do the the pricing but it's never the same. I go there and order the same thing but it's never the same so might want to get that situation looked at or checked into Less

I frequent Pizookah Hookah Lounge at least once or twice a week because the food is consistently top tier-a solid 10 out of 10. But tonight, they truly reminded me why I continue to support this place.A few weeks ago, I had a minor mishap with an order, and I decided to bring it up while placing an Uber Eats order. Not only did they listen, but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation immediately. The kindness and professionalism I received were unmatched. Chef Craig himself got on the phone with me to personally reassure me, offer a solution, and even provide a suggestion for the future. That level of care and customer service is rare.This isn’t just a place with great food-it’s a place that values its customers. I’ve recommended Pizookah to so many friends and family, and I will continue to do so because they truly deserve the support. Great vibes for my husbands birthday with family. The music was on point for brunch and the atmosphere was great. The food.. man where so I start.. ? so I ordered the fried shrimp catfish and grits and my husband had the salmon patties with eggs and biscuit with grits. Let’s just say we had to call Craig the cook out to thank him for those scrumptious salmon patties. ! (Yes I had a few bites of hubbys) not to mention my food was delicious. I don’t know what or how he makes them but ORDER THEM ! Is all I can say. They taste like no other salmon croquettes I’ve had. We also bought a bottle of champagne and a bottle of Don Julio.
