I've been going to RZ Fitness for a year, 2 classes a week and have loved it. Redha is brilliant at challenging you in class and still adapting weights and exercises to your personal needs whilst in a group setting.The community feel in the classes are amazing, a very supportive group which is also helped by the social events that Redha and Yamina organise.I've struggled as a busy mum to find time for myself and am not a fan of the gym, so Redha's classes were a great combination of strength training with dedicated instruction and with accountability at and between classes to keep me on track.I feel fitter, stronger, healthier and have more energy since joining the classes. Tailored nutritional advice was also really helpful and adapted as you progressed. Overall I'd really recommend RZ Fitness to anyone. You won't regret joining this wonderful community.

I'd highly recommend joining RZ Fitness.Before I joined, I was starting to feel a little lethargic, I was putting on some weight, feeling unhappy with my body and lacking motivation. I did exercise by riding my bike and climbing but needed something more in my physical routine.I was also in a slump with my mental health, i predominantly work from home and at times I was letting all of life's challenges get on top of me. This was a really challenging time and I felt demotivated and in a bit of a rut. Sometimes, even the most basic life tasks seemed unsurmountable.I'd seen the adverts on social media for RZ Fitness and was interested but I've never really been a gym person so was a little reluctant. But, I decided that something needed to be done so I contacted Redha for an introductory session. It was one of the best things I've done. Redha was so welcoming and encouraging at the introductory session. He found out a bit about me, what my exercise and diet was, assessed my capabilities and designed exercises around me.What sets RZ Fitness apart from other gyms and classes is the relaxed and friendly approach, the welcome, the guidance and encouragement you get from Redha and the motivation you get from exercising with people of your own age accepting all your different abilities. The classes spur you on but the feel is something that's very personal and tailored to your needs. Redha will encourage and push you to achieve your goals, others will encourage you and very quickly you're pushing yourself in each session and looking forward to the next one.Since starting with RZ Fitness, I've lost weight, I've toned up my body, I feel lighter and fitter and happier in myself. My mental health has definitely benefitted. I've also made some really good friends in the bargain. Now, I'm more positive, feel healthier and look forward to each session. I'm committed to RZ Fitness in a way that I've never committed to a gym before. I'd urge anyone who wants to make a change to give it a go.Mark (51)Formby
