We recently entered a sale & purchase transaction with Lucy Frank. It was the best real estate process that I’ve had, starting with great communication & amazing perseverance to make a pretty complicated situation come together. Lucy was there whenever we needed anything with warmth, knowledge & a lovely smile. Unfortunately we needed to change directions and postpone the whole thing after everyone worked so hard for us. We feel very bad about that, but even with that we all felt like friends at the end. I will use the Ruiz Group again in a heartbeat and definitely want to work with Lucy Frank and team again.
