Great resource for HR professionals that are looking for advice, consulting services and templates. The HR Hub is easy to use, easy to download templates and it's overall very good value for money. I love that there are people at the end of the product to reach out to as well in comparison to some other sites out there that offer templates.

We have been working with Gateway HR for about a year now and they are amazing. Before we signed up to their Peace of Mind package we were spending thousands of pounds with lawyers whenever we had any staff issues. now we pay a monthly fee and can contact them whenever we need for advice. Initially I was hesitant about not having one dedicated point of contact but Emma's team are all great, knowledgeable and friendly. It is completely seamless regardless of who we speak to. They know our business and offer excellent advice. We have saved a ton of money and got a brilliant service.

I recently completed the Mental Health Champions course with Gateway HR, led by Jeneta. The course spanned three sessions and offered a blend of informative learning and interactive activities, facilitating a better understanding of the role and how to implement teachings into practice. Despite being conducted online, the group size was small and it was rewarding to complete all sessions together with the same group. Jeneta is an incredible teacher; her kind, friendly, and empathetic approach made learning enjoyable. She is an inspirational woman. Won free access to this through the HR Ninja Facebook community and I've used it a lot. Unlike some of the 'big boys' this is no frills, gives me the information I need quickly! They are quick to respond to queries as well and have put together a few forms for me when I've asked!
