I worked with Ashton for many years at a small family owned restaurant. He was a very hard, dependable worker who showed up for his shifts. During this difficult labor market this is a great asset to possess. I think working for the same restaurant for many years also shows his dedication to the product he was selling and his employer. He was always willing to pitch in where help was needed and wasn't looking for compensation or a pat on the back.
