Smooth͏ operator From day 1 everything was explained to us with no pressure to sign up with him. When we decided to go with him, everything was prepped nicely, staffed photos taken. We got regular updates and recommendations on pricing especially during a time where it was more a buyers market. At the end we were still able to get a good price, and he even fought to keep the sale price after the inspection when our buyers were really trying to get more out of us.
