My husband and I both work with Justin….my review is first. As a senior, soon to be 80 years old with Parkinson’s disease, I need help to retain mental sharpness, visual awareness, balance, and quicker reaction time, to name a few. After an assessment with Justin, he set up a weekly protocol for me to follow at home. I also meet with him weekly for an hour, doing various physical exercises as well as cognitive training. I have been challenged, recognizing these exercises are helping me with brain health, cognitive function, and the other needs mentioned earlier. Thanks, Justin, for providing the opportunity to age in a more healthy, positive way!Don’s review:Initially, I met with Justin as a way of being supportive of my wife dealing with Parkinson’s. I had excellent health and took no prescribed medications. I assumed my brain health was also excellent but learned I needed to work on balance and other issues related to aging. After several months, Justin did an assessment of my progress. I was surprised when he encouraged me to see my doctor because I exhibited subtle signs of dementia. My family physician referred me to a neurologist. After months of tests and scans, I was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, as Justin had suspected. I was shocked! Justin became my coach who has helped me understand and counterattack the disease through diet, mental exercises, supplements, and physical fitness. His protocol has been challenging, yet manageable. After almost three years, his quarterly assessments have shown the disease has not progressed and my brain function has improved in many categories. Justin has been there for me every step of this journey. He has patience and experience with using appropriate technology, is a natural teacher who answers questions well, a gifted communicator, and he cares about people. I don’t know much about my tomorrow’s, but I thank God that Justin is with me on this tricky journey called aging.
