I cannot recommend this roofing company highly enough! They made what could have been a stressful and complicated process absolutely seamless. They handled all the communication and coordination with my insurance company, which made the entire experience so much easier for me.The quality of their work is first-class! My new roof looks fantastic, and the three skylights they replaced look equally beautiful. The crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked hard throughout the day until the entire job was completed. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were impressive.A special thank-you to Casey, the onsite manager, and to Dustin, the company owner, who were both a dream to work with. They were wonderful throughout the job process and helped everything run smoothly. I had a great experience!

Rome quickly diagnosed the leak at a vent boot that was causing a water stain on our bedroom ceiling (on a roof installed just 10 years ago). He gave us a fair quote to replace all the vent pipe collars.Within two days, Casey and his crew arrived and went above and beyond—when they found soft wood from the leak, they replaced the damaged plywood section, installed a new membrane and matching shingles, and fitted a proper new vent collar. They also replaced the remaining collars that were due after a decade.Professional, thorough, and fair from start to finish. Highly recommend

Josh and his team did an amazing job! They were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond. They even answered my call on a holiday and came back the very next day to fix my roof. I really appreciate the great customer service and quality of their work. Highly recommend Josh and his team!

Douglas construction was great and helped us navigate all the pitfalls and twists that come with a roof installation. Jacobe was our point of contact and was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions. He was also very upfront with the cost of the project and what we might expect in terms of timelines and what the insurance company might say. If I had to go through this again, I hope not, I would use Douglas Construction again.

Rome B. With Douglas Construction was so great to work with. He had Casey and his crew come out to repair our metal roof on our front patio. The guys did such a great job and really walked me through the process to make sure we understood what would be done. The results were amazing! If you’re looking for any kind of roofing solutions, Douglas Construction will take care of it! ❤️

I would recommend Douglas Construction to any individual looking to have their roof replaced or repaired. I worked with Joshua Ross who was absolutely patient throughout the entire process. We were completing a large project consisting of 14 homes in the community, and as you can imagine it is challenging to deal with so many homes at once. Joshua thoroughly communicated and managed the project to perfection. The speed and workmanship of the crew was top notch. We could not have asked for a better contractor.

Nothing but good things to say about Douglas Construction. From interacting with Joshua and Dustin before deciding which contractor to use right through the one-day replacement of our roof and installation of a new gutter system with leaf guards the following day, everyone involved did a fantastic job! Excellent communication, seemingly high-quality materials, careful, well-executed installation, thorough clean up and prompt follow-up, it was all terrific. We recommend Douglas Construction highly!

Rome was fantastic. Didn’t try to sell me a new roof when I didn’t need one yet. Recommended I fix for a leak that was very reasonable.

Could not be happier with our new roof. Joshua was a great lead on getting us approved and going through the process. I've seen tons of roofs done in neighborhoods that look like a mess and 10 cars out front. Douglass Roofing came in two vans and the right sized crew to get everything done in 1 day and clean up couldn't have been better.
