They worked quickly and efficiently, and when they were done, they cleaned up so well in my yard that no one would believe that the roof was just replaced. Brooks did an excellent job coordinating all of the incidentals that also needed to be replaced, like Gutters. I was provided a turnkey solution at an excellent price. I have several flat roofs that also needed a coating, and their product has proven superior at protecting those areas from the elements.. I am very happy with the service Signature Roofing provided.

When I needed a new roof, I was lucky to find Signature Roofing. Of the number of roofing company representatives who came to my house to give estimates for its re-roofing, Brooks Barkley of Signature was by far the most professional. It was obvious immediately that he knew what materials and procedures should be used. Furthermore, he was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. My roof was old and in very bad condition. Although there were no leaks inside my house, the area overhanging my kitchen door had rotted and had a gaping hole, plus there was some rotting wood covering my breezeway.I had broken my back in a car accident since a recent hail storm and so hadn’t been on the roof to see the storm’s damage. Mr. Barkley climbed onto my roof and took photos of hail damage, then encouraged me to contact my homeowner’s insurance company - something I had thought would be wasted time considering my roof’s age. Mr. Barkley wanted to be present when the insurance company’s agent checked out the roof. Because of his actions, I received thousands of insurance dollars toward the roof’s replacement, plus the price he bid for the whole job was the lowest I had gotten!

This company and its owner did a fantastic job of replacing our roof. Our building is a 30,000 square-foot building plus a house on the same property. It took them about three weeks to complete it. They did everything they said they were going to do. They guaranteed everything, their cleanup was really good and it was a pleasure to have them on our property. There was nothing disruptive. What can I say, but absolutely amazing service! Signature Roofing went out of their way to make sure that our family’s home received a beautiful roof, with a quick turnaround time. When they found some structural siding damage that could cause future leaks, we negotiated the work on the spot and did not lose any time in completing the project. The new gutter system looks amazing as well.Even after the job was completed Signature Roofing followed through when we had small leak around our interior fireplace (always tricky with older houses) and had someone come out right away to fix the leak. Our family could not be happier!
