We called Jet Plus Plumbing for a burst pipe back in January and Luke was at the front door the next day. We had such a great experience that we went hunting for the company name again to get them out for some general maintenance. This time Jack came across and was brilliant, efficient, and gave great advice. Definitely sticking with Jet Plus from now on as they've earned our trust.

Both Luke and Jack were a pleasure to deal with. They found time to squeeze me in right away to deal with a toilet blockage. Jack was great at explaining what the issue was and worked hard to clear the blockage as efficiently as possible to save me unnecessary costs. I’m so glad to have found honest, experienced and reliable plumbers and I don’t hesitate to recommend their services. I will be using them again for any plumbing issues!

Fantastic plumbers. They came out and did the job instantly, well priced and the workmanship was beyond excellent, very impressive work ethic (squeezed through a tiny space in the floor to terminate the old copper pipes under the floor rather than simply cap them in walls). Gave us the choice of either copper or pex, we chose copper and the workmanship is 10/10. Would highly recommend I was extremely impressed with their high standards of workmanship. Thanks again for the great job and fantastic service

I called 2 weeks ago to get my toilet fixed. (Inlet valve replaced)Lovely young bloke jack was efficient, and explained everything to me in language i could understand. And i called jack yesterday after purchasing a gas cooktop to replace our old electric one.Not a problem at all.He ensured there were no leaks along our gasline before touching anything. He found a very small one in our kitchen and promptly fixed it.Absolutely over the moon to finally have a gas cooktop!

Called at 930 with a burst internal pipe in a kitchen, plumber dropped what he was doing went straight around and fixed it - creatively avoiding having to remove a large section of brick work. Price and service was brilliant I will not use any other plumber

I called these guys to fix my hot water unit, and I could tell straight away they were experts. They were professional, efficient, and their pricing was very reasonable compared to others I’ve dealt with before. Highly recommend their services !

Got a quote from a larger plumbing company to fix my storm water drain that was blocked by tree roots. Reached out to Jet Plus Plumbing and, Luke and the team fixed it for almost half the cost. They also gave us a lot of useful advice about other plumbing related things around our house.
