Welton and Lacie are wonderful to work with! Master Hardwood Flooring was recommended to us by our realtor when we suspected hardwood was under the carpet in the bedrooms.Responses to my inquiries were quick, convenient, and always informative. We had a deadline before move in day to get our bedroom floors refinished, and not only were they able to schedule quickly but they have amazing workers that did beautifully. The bedroom floors were in rough shape and a different color than our living room, Welton’s crew made a perfect match and I couldn’t be happier. The estimate we were given was extremely affordable for about 300 sqft, including the closets, and true to the final total. (We tore out the carpet and tack strips ourselves, but after that experience their estimated cost for removal was more than fair! )I would 100% recommend Master Hardwood Flooring for their beautiful work, kind customer service, and affordability.

Highly recommend Master Hardwood Flooring KC for your hardwood floors. They did an excellent job of installing new hardwood floors and matching the colors and etc. to the existing hardwood floors. Very professional and very knowledgeable regarding hardwood flooring. The owners of the company: Welton & Lacie were great to work with!!!

Welton and Lacie are fantastic! They redid our existing floors and replaced the carpet with new hardwood floors and matched them perfectly. They even laced in the floors so you can’t even tell the new from the old ones. Everything was finished within the time Welton said at the beginning and even took care of a couple of things that I overlooked! I can’t recommend them enough, definitely will hire them again for future projects.

Highly recommend! Welton and his team did a great job! They installed new red oak on our entire upper floor, rebuilt 2 stairs, refinished existing main level, installed all new baseboards, and patched some damaged areas in the kitchen. It was a huge project and they finished right on time! Floors looks fantastic and you can tell they take pride in their work.Welton was able to adjust to many additional requests on the fly and also offered solutions to unique renovation challenges. Lacie was very responsive as well! Could not thank them enough for the great work. They even loaded up a dumpster we rented for other renovation work, unrelated to the flooring. Hire them!!
