We have worked with CMHardscapes and Bill (owner) several times over the last few years. Each year, adding another patio tier to our hill in the backyard. This year, we focused on the front yard. The hard effects of the ice storm caused several stones to loosen on our 15 steps leading to the front door. As always, they did an excellent job. They look like new. CM Hardscapes did exactly what I wanted to repair a crumbling driveway and replace a too-small drain. They were efficient, timely and great to work with. They also renewed our patio pavers, which now look beautiful. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

We put off this starting this project for years. We were in desperate need of getting our front, brick steps fixed. They were from the 1980’s and were crumbling badly - just in bad shape overall. The rail was also wiggly and unstable - very unsafe. We got a quote in 2022, but didn’t request to start the repair job until 2025 - and the price was not too different from the original quote that was 3-years old. CM Hardscapes was very responsive and they were able to come in and complete the job within a few weeks of the first call / quote. The owner also personally came to our site for a visit and addressed an area that we were concerned with immediately. Paul replaced the railing and we are very happy with the design and final product. He is very courteous. CM called or emailed during every step of the process so we were aware of the expectations from the beginning. We couldn’t ask for better response time and service! Thank you, CM, for making a project that we procrastinated on (for too long) go so smoothly!! We are very happy to have a safe front porch now and the bricks were a great match - it looks great.

Last summer, we had our asphalt driveway replaced and enlarged with a concrete driveway and a new brick retaining wall as well as repairing and repointing and existing retaining wall. The workmanship was outstanding - CM Hardscapes removed the old asphalt, put in a new base layer of crushed gravel, added rebar to the base for a new 4" thick concrete driveway. Additionally, they were able to match the original brick for new retaining wall and the repairs exactly (brick from 1991 with an unusual buff color mortar) so that everything matches. The work is outstanding and we are absolutely delighted.

Prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, they do what they say they’ll do; on time, on budget, and never any drama.We’ve had them do our driveway and upgrade/our patio, and we couldn’t be more pleased.We wouldn’t consider anyone else for our hardscaping needs.
