⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service – Highly Recommend!I cannot recommend Empire Electrical Services highly enough!I contacted Kris regarding an emergency electrical issue and was so impressed by how quickly he responded. Within an hour of sending my message, he was at my property, ready to help. From the outset, Kris was honest, understanding and reassuring. He took the time to explain the problem, assured me it could be resolved and immediately put my mind at ease. The issue was dealt with efficiently and professionally, and I was delighted with the very reasonable price for the work carried out, particularly given the urgency of the situation.I would also like to give a special mention to his colleague Sean, who was equally impressive. He was polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Both Kris and Sean were a pleasure to deal with, and it was clear they genuinely take pride in their work. What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier thanks to their prompt response, professionalism and excellent customer service.I was so pleased with the entire experience that Empire Electrical Services will now be my go-to electricians for any future electrical work.A huge thank you to Kris and Sean for a first-class service. It’s reassuring to know there are still tradespeople you can genuinely trust.Five stars and a well-deserved recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had several electric jobs which accumulated over the years & was very stressed about finding a trustworthy tradesman & the cost. When I contacted Empire Electrical, the man was pleasant & asked me to send a message with the request as he was driving. He gave me a date to come over for the quote. I originally asked for 3 light replacements & as the quote was much lower than what I was expected based on what I had seen online, I asked how much it would be for the other jobs. He listened carefully & confirmed they could help & sent me a quote the same day. It was expensive for me but reasonable considering the amount of jobs.Kris came with his apprentice today to do the jobs. Both very polite & professional. I am so happy with the results. They tidied also the mess.I would definitely contact them again in future & recommend them to others.Thank you Kris & Sean.
