I took my 2020 Corolla in for a diagnosis and was told it needed a purge valve replacement. They quoted me $272 for the part, claiming it was OEM. However, when I checked the official Toyota website, the same part was listed for only $89.When I asked for the exact part number, they refused, saying it’s against their “policy.” This is after I had already paid $260 just for a diagnosis. Clearly, they don’t want to admit they’re ripping off their customers. With zero transparency and excessive overcharging, IVS is not a place you want to trust with your vehicle. Stay away. Less

They didn't do any repairs on my car. So why am I giving them a five star review? Because the TOLD me I didn't need the repair I brought it in for. Pep Boys, who changed my oil, told me I had a leak and needed a new gasket that would cost about $800 in total. I went to IVS because they gave me a free oil change once for renewing my KUNM membership, and told them I needed this new gasket, but looked at my car and the told me that, in fact, I didn't. Honesty definitely deserves five stars. Less
