The team arrived and got to work right away. One member in the Kitchen and dining area then another in the Bathroom another in the half bathroom/laundry room and still another in the bedrooms. The team worked efficiently and we're very skilled. They cleaned everything from the ceiling to the floors. Then the entire team jumped in the living room moving furniture cleaned under and dusted everything. I was very impressed by them can't wait to have them back again soon.

They came out to give me an estimate and then completely stopped responding. If they aren’t accepting new clients, they should be upfront about it instead of leaving people waiting.Update: Shortly after I posted my review, Bruno called me to argue that I never contacted him and hadn’t replied to his messages. I sent screenshots showing that I had reached out multiple times and that he never responded. He eventually admitted that the phone number I contacted was actually overseen by his brother (same company) and claimed that was why I didn’t get a response, so therefore, he shouldn’t get a bad review, because it was unintentional. Many excuses and no accountability.It’s already vulnerable enough for a single mother to share her home address and have a man come over for a service estimate. Then to receive a phone call disputing my honest experience is completely unacceptable. Especially considering that, in the same amount of time, I had already hired another company who came and completed the cleaning.They sure had time to find my number and call me after the review.

They did an Amazing job on my 2300 square foot home. I have a lot of wood floors and doors which cleaned up beautifully. There was also a layer of dust on everything from floor replacement construction. This is the first deep clean I have ever done. I wish I had done it sooner!
