Kerry worked patiently and diligently with us as we searched for a house for five months. we put offers in, got outbid and had to back out of one offer until we got into contract on the current home purchased! Nothing’s easy in a competitive market but Kerry made the process smooth, was as smart as they come in the negotiations and CALM, even when we were frazzled along the way with the unknowns that popped up. She was kind and supportive when we wanted to pull out of a certain contract that didn’t feel right. She could easily have put pressure on us, but actually worked hard to make the situation right for not only us, but the sellers. I can’t say enough about her professionalism, work ethic, extreme knowledge about real estate and the LA market. And well liked by other realtors which we have discovered is key to getting into contract in a wild market. They can easily pass on you if they like your deal, but not the realtor. We honestly wouldn’t have the house we now own if it wasn’t for her.
