When our furnace blow motor stopped during one of the coldest nights of the year - a Friday - Andrew was there for us that same night to identify all possible solutions to keep us warm; he came in person the next day and we had our new furnace just two days later. We couldn't ask for better service or more attention to our wellbeing during the ordeal. Can't recommend Milligan Heating & Cooling highly enough.

I have been using Milligan Heating for all my heating and air conditioning needs for over 20 years. They have provided excellent service from day one. I recently had my furnace go out on the coldest day we’ve had this winter. Lori advised me to put on both my fireplaces and the furnace fan. I did that and my house was toasty until the servicemen arrived the next day. When Mackenzie arrived he first went to the thermostat. He commented that he had never seen my Smart thermostat before. However he pressed a few spots on the screen and my furnace started immediately. I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to work with my high tech thermostat. I cannot say enough good things about Milligan Heating. They have exceptional people working for them. Milligan heating and cooling installed heat pumps in our over 3 years ago and they continue to work great. Andrew is quick to respond when we have questions or call him for services in our home. We are very happy with the company and highly recommend them.

I would leave 10 stars if I could. Andrew came today regarding a gas leak, very thorough and professional, not to mention a very personable gentleman. Resolved issue perfectly. I would also like to mention Lori who initially took my call, very pleasant as well. Highly recommended company! Definitely my go to all my HVAC needs.

We moved into our house 4 years ago and have been using ever since. They have done major work for us, replacing our boiler, switch our house from propane to natural gas, replaced two A/C units, and replaced a life breath unit. Those guys do great work, very hardworking, punctual, great communication and professionalism. Our inspector showed up at 10 o clock at night and we were close enough by Andrew came over to meet him and went above and beyond for us.

We recently had to replace our oil tank because the time limit of 20 years was fast approaching. Andrew met with us and suggested we install the Heat Pump system. He also informed us that there was a Government Grant for this type of heating. We proceeded with them, they did a fantastic job!!! Andrew and Lori were professional troopers!! Any questions or queries they answered. GREAT JOB!We would definitely recommend this company.I would also give a huge shoutout to Jake & Jamie of Milligan Energy for a job well done also. They installed the propane tanks and set-up the system. They were fantastic!Thank you guys!!

I hired Milligan Heating and Cooling to install a new furnace, heat pump, and tankless hot water tank. They did a stellar job from start to finish, helped accommodate some special requests, and maintained excellent communication throughout. Great service all around and would highly recommend Milligan to anyone.
