I lost a dome to one of my hearing aids. Looked everywhere couldn’t find it. I called Next Gen Hearing, they worked me in over my lunch time. Not only did Dr. Berry replace my lost dome he cleaned both hearing aids and I made it back to work before my lunch period was over. Went in for appt to check aids received from a different hearing company before warranty expired. Peter took me in to review my situation, hearing loss and the aids that were not working. He fixed them, got me on their monthly maintenance program ($20/m) and said he could service my other aids as well. Spent time and effort to get them working. Outstanding service, service plan and very professional. Highly recommend next gen for your hearing needs-especially if you have signia or phonak aids.

I had a hearing test scheduled with Emily. She was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful with all the issues I thought I had. Come to find out. I have normal hearing. Which is good news. I have had a business to business relationship with this company for over a year now and they are Gem from top to bottom.
