I was very pleased with specialist Peter Berry. He listened to my hearing issues and explained the testing procedure before administering the tests. Then he explained the results and offered his recommendation. He definitely did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot. I will definitely go back to see him when I decide what I want to do.
