I have moderate hearing loss and needed help with lack of clarity from my current hearing aides. Mr Berry was very informative and made my visit enjoyable. I am looking forward to an updated hearing aid better fit to my needs and I definitely recommend Next Gen office in Little Elm!

This place was such a pleasant experience.Peter was fantastic at explaining everything from the hearing test, to picking out my hearing aids & when I go back to pick them up, I will be able to hear.Update:7-23-26. Picked up my hearing aids and Peter went through everything regarding my hearing aids from using, charging and cleaning.Very caring people.Would recommend anyone who has hearing problems.My insurance paid for the entire aids. All it cost was $49 copay.Eric
