Tim has been exceptional throughout the process. We started the journey end of oct, we've been trying for over a year to get into the market. Due to my complex tax system, we've had no luck. But Tim went beyond and above, answering all our numerous phone calls and he got our loan approved in no time. By Jan we achieved our goal. Thank you Tim, especially answering all our questions constantly. I highly recommend Tim. He is Adelaide based and we are from Perth. Tim devotes his time, although most of our enquiries were outside office hours.
