We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tim from Provida Lend and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, Tim was incredibly helpful, professional and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We always felt like we were in safe hands and that Tim genuinely had our best interests at heart. What really stood out was how responsive and approachable he was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. We are extremely grateful for all of Tim’s help in getting our finance sorted and helping us secure our new home.If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who is knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely cares about his clients, we would highly recommend Tim and the team at Provida Lend. Fantastic service from start to finish! Thanks so much again Tim !!!!!

We can’t thank Tim from Provida Lend enough for all the help and support he has given us throughout our first home building journey. From the very beginning, Tim helped us understand our options, work through different lenders and find the best solution for our situation. Building a home is a huge commitment, and I was particularly worried because I had a below average credit score and we only had a 5% deposit. I honestly wasn’t sure if getting finance would be possible.Tim was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand our circumstances, explained everything clearly and guided us through each step. His knowledge, patience and support made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. We’re now on our way to constructing our home and we couldn’t be more excited. We’re looking forward to the day we finally get the keys and, most importantly, to no pay rent anymore!

We bought our first home last year with the help of Tim. So when it came to buying my next car and looking at financing, I knew that Tim was the person I would trust with the same process. He is easy to communicate with - quick to respond and straightforward, personal but professional. He provides clients like myself with the best and most suitable loan options based on individual financial circumstance as well as personal preferences. He works based on our pace, our timeline, so we never felt pressured or rushed during the process of securing a loan. Once everything that is required had been provided, Tim does not waste time and gets things done. From home loan approval, we successfully bought a house in two months and Tim was with us every step of the way, always available to answer all our questions any time of the day. With the car loan, he found me the best deal no other finance can compete with; he was transparent about other fees, application was approved within 24 hours and my car was ready for pick up the following day! For any future loans, I already know who I am going to go to. I believe that having that sense of trust on someone takes a huge amount of the stress that comes with the process of getting a loan and that was our exact experience with Tim. I have no doubt that he will help anyone the same way he had helped us.
