While replacing the roof they discovered the plywood underneath the shingles were rotting so they also replaced this as well. Fair pricing, very sensible, and very honest people. SAS has done several projects for me and my family over the years. All of the projects they have done for me have come out perfectly. It’s not just the workmanship of this unique company, it’s the little things… like picking the phone up every time I’ve called,always being on time and being fair when the unexpected happens involving pricing.The most recent project SAS performed was a new roof which involved some unexpected repairs that were necessary. My chimneys needed to be wrapped and one of my three roofs had to be completely replaced. When this was discovered Simon, contacted me immediately, he explained the scenario and gave me a very fair price. Because of the unexpected repairs, his staff worked well into the night with headlamps on and never complained once.For me, the whole experience every time SAS has worked for me has been a pleasurable one. Simon has always given me a good price and his staff has always performed at a high-level!
