They were also very considerate by putting tarps down and not walking with their shoes on any carpets. With small kiddos at home this was something I really appreciated.

One very important part was their price, it was a fair quote they gave me compared to some that were ridiculously high, offering the exact same unit and warranty that we had put in. I just moved to this new place and wanted to have someone to look at the a/c unit to make sure it’s running good before heading into deep summer, so I called Polar Ice a/c & Heating… the service from the first call I made until the job was completed was excellent, really friendly and knowledgeable people. I called for service and got the technician here at home just a couple of days after; I didn’t have any rush because it was just a routine service, but still they sent me a technician in no time…. I had check another couple of local companies for the same service and they didn’t have anything available until months later, but I didn’t want to wait that long since I wasn’t sure about the condition of the unit.Thank you Many and Miguel again for your help and expediting this job/routine visit, I really appreciate you guys and the rest of the staff for your help and service.

My AC went out on Memorial Day, and this has been a scorching start to summer. I was desperately calling around to see if I could get service on the Tuesday after, and Manny was able to get there first thing in the morning. Polar Ice arrived within 45 minutes of my call for help.knowledgable, professional & polite. I ask a LOT of questions (trying to learn so I can trouble shoot in my own).
