RUINED MY SONS 5TH BIRTHDAYI booked a Lamborghini for my son's 5th birthday as he is mad about cars, two weeks in advance, providing my drivers license details and a $200 deposit. Two days before the event, I reached out for confirmation and was asked for my contact number. After that, I never heard back, and I had to explain to my son that the car wouldn't be coming on his birthday morning. I sent multiple messages to which cannot be found now conveniently.When I requested my deposit back just now, I was told I was partly at fault for not reaching out again. This is not how business should be conducted. I did contact them two days prior, and there was no attempt to make up for the disappointment they caused on my son's special day. Instead, my concerns were brushed aside.While they eventually refunded the $200, it was only after I asked for it. They seemed content to keep my deposit until I followed up. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, as the service I received was utterly disappointing. This experience was a complete joke and I would stay FAR AWAY!!!! Less
