Kurtis was ontime and at the quoted price; unheard of these days.Also of note was his response time. I placed the order at 8pm, and was pleasently suprised to see him bright and early the next morning. He showed up with a fully equiped van (no extra trips) and a positive vibe. His price was much lower than previous plumbers, and found and fixed the problems right away. His reccomendations for permanent repairs was also much lower than the other "big name" outfits including fixes the others missed. Save yourself time and troubles with KDP Plumbing!

Kurt was very courteous and the work he performed was exceptional. He was responsive when called and accomplished the work quickly and very efficiently. Great Service.

I called and spoke with Kurtis about my main line backing up and let him know I had leakage around a toilet. I asked how fast he could come. He explained that he had a really busy schedule, but since he was close by he could be make it in 15 minutes. I was in a real bind because no one else was home and I was getting called in to work. He quickly arrived, let me know the price if it was a main line issue, and proceeded to fix the problem. He was extremely polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs. He is also looking for a new flapper for me to help prevent this issue from reoccurring. Glad I called him. Another City plumber I tried calling first had an AI person answer my call and schedule me initially. Then a human called me back and said sorry, the AI is overbooking us, and we can’t get to you today. Glad I didn’t have to deal with that with KDP. Will definitely be adding KDP to my contacts in my phone for future problems.

The kitchen sink connectivity had a problem since the reverse osmosis was disconnected. KDP took care of the problem. They were professional and easy to work with. Communication was easy and they were quick to respond.

I called KDP Plumbing and he responded immediately. Because it wasnt an urgent emergency he came by the next morning. He quickly found the leak coming from my tankless water heater and called the manufacturer and got me a new water heater. Two days later it came in and he came over on a Saturday and installed the new one. He was very professional and fully explained all the problems I had and was quick to fix them.i would highly recommend KDP Plumbing.
