We are new customers of Dave and the folks at Nor-Cal Maintenance. They just completed an installation of gutter guards. They also power washed the house and exterior window cleaning. The latter two were done beautifully with minimal fuss. This is our first experience with gutter guards, so we can't speak to that yet, but our close redwood trees have just begun their Autumn shed, so we'll have lots more experience to report on soon. Dave and staff are pleasant, enthusiastic and efficient. Things get done when and how they say it will get done. At this point, I would recommend Nor-Cal highly.Update! That was back in '24. Here in '26, we had them back for power washing the house, window washing, gutters and roof cleaning. They went even further, scrubbing the roof and applying a product to reduce organic growth on the shingles. They are so impressive. They work hard, efficiently and with little muss and fuss. In fact, they only way I knew they were here was the resulting sparkling home! My 5-star recommendations still stands!

Dave’s team just cleaned our gutters as they have twice a year for years. They are always timely, do a good job on a difficult roof, and clean up afterwards.
