We hired SurePro Home Solutions to install luxury vinyl plank flooring, including the stairs and baseboards, as clearly stated in our signed contract. While the flooring itself was installed, they failed to install the baseboards on the stairs, which was also included in the contract. The few baseboards they did install on the stair area were cut unevenly and look unfinished and unprofessional.When we contacted them to correct the issue, they acknowledged that the stair edges they installed were rounded, which now makes it harder to install the baseboards, but this was their responsibility to plan for from the start. Instead of fixing their mistake, they refused to address it and then stopped responding altogether.We paid for a complete job, and we were left with incomplete and poorly finished stairs. Very disappointing workmanship and customer service. I do not recommend this company.

From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The installers were polite, punctual, and very skilled. They explained how to use and maintain the new windows, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My house looks fantastic and feels so much more comfortable!
