Had some unidentifiable bug eggs in our laundry room - someone from Sasquatch came out, looked at the problem, told me what it was (carpet bugs, not termites like I'd feared), told me how to take care of it on my own, walked the perimeter of the house, and even checked the crawlspace for rodents. When he found nothing of note and I asked what I owed for the visit, he said nothing! I recommended him to my dad, and he had a similar experience - super knowledgeable, friendly, and generous. This is such good business - if I ever need pest control again, I'll only call Sasquatch because I trust that this business does not try to charge people for non-existent problems.

Found what I assumed was a bee hive. It was not. Upon Evan’s arrival I was informed that I indeed had a yellow jacket nest. Evan was thorough in his explanation of what was going to happen. For a number of years I have been using Sasquatch Pest Control to treat odor ants. They hire reliable, conscientious people who are knowledgeable & well trained. Over the last year I have been receiving quarterly exterior treatments. I'm happy to say I've had no re-occurrence of an ant infestation in my home.

Found wasp nest at newly purchased house - called from out of town to see if they could come next day as Contractors were starting. Sasquatch jumped right in to help and were out the next day to eliminate the wasps. Super responsive and helpful!

First and foremost they did not bad mouth the other company, They look at things and said they were doing a good job. October 2024 Update:After moles started tearing up our new landscape, we again called Sasquatch. Kris came out and couldn't have been more helpful. As before, he spent plenty of time assessing the problem and provided me with recommendations and a flat rate to get rid of the mole(s). He respected my insistence that it be pet-safe. It turned out that it was a more difficult job than average, so Kris increased his visits to twice weekly until he resolved the problem, without additional charges. In the meantime, we developed a problem with ants indoors, and on one of his visits to check the mole traps, Kris educated me on what I could do to eliminate them. These guys are pros, are very enjoyable to work with, and operate with the highest level of integrity.Original review:We called this company because of an increasing rat problem around our home. My call was answered promptly, I was given a timely date for an inspection, and Kris showed up exactly at the appointed time. He spent at least 40 minutes inspecting our property, discussed the issues in depth, and then advised that I needed to do some work sealing up my compost pile before any of their services would be effective, and when that was done, if the problem persisted, he would be happy to return.Really? A company that shows up on time, does a thorough inspection and analysis of the problem, provides a wealth of expert advice, and tells me to call them back after I've followed their remedial advice? And doesn't charge for the visit?This is family owned service with great expertise, but more importantly, integrity. I will be using them in the future.2026 update: Needed these guys again for a yellow jacket nest in my backyard. Same great service and fair pricing. What next, locusts?!

Great service! Two gentleman arrived a little before the 10-11 am time slot, and finished by 10:10 am. They were friendly, professional, and gave good follow up instructions. Within 30 minutes most of the yellow jackets were gone, and I’m sure the rest will be gone soon. I’m so appreciative because this nest was large and near my front door! Yikes! I’m a very happy customer.
