Well I have totally changed my mind about this company. A friend had stopped by and he thought I might have termites. I called them yesterday because after years of spraying my home for Paper Wasps, which they told me was the reason my deck had lots of rotting areas because they use the wood to build their nests and I should sand and stain the deck. Unfortunately I didn't have the funds to do this. I left a message explaining my concerns and could they come and inspect the deck. I received a text and I said I rather discuss this over the phone. The next text said that he didn't have time to add new customers to my area in Birch Bay. I wrote back that I was a customer!!!I And no response. What a disappointment. The following message that I wrote was from 3 years ago...I appreciated the fast service and the great information that was given. I had a stubborn wasp nest inside the tubing of my heat pump and I called for them to come back and re spray since they were still active and they did. We chose Sasquatch because they are an independently owned company, the price is affordable, there are no contracts or upfront costs, they automatically come once a month to remove any dead mice and reload our bait stations, and they send an email with the statement afterwards. Easy.
