The children at Highfield Nursery School participated in a magical MiniMe Mindfulness session and absolutely loved it! The session was engaging, calming, and empowering for young children. They explored ways to feel calm, confident, and ready to handle big emotions. The children practised breathing techniques, mindful movement, calming strategies, and positive mindset tools in such a fun and supportive environment. It was wonderful to see the children come away feeling happy, relaxed, and more confident in expressing their emotions. Kim was fantastic, creating a safe and nurturing space where every child could shine. We can already see them using some of the mindfulness techniques at nursery. We would highly recommend MiniMe Mindfulness for helping children build emotional resilience, confidence, and calmness in a fun and engaging way.
