You can usually tell within five minutes whether you’ve called the right tradie. These blokes were impressive knew exactly what they were looking at Ive dealt with enough tradies over the years to know the difference between someone just doing a job and someone who actually takes pride in it. Had an issue with our gas hot water unit which ended up needing to be replaced. Anytime plumbing were out within the hour of being called and new unit was delivered by the time old unit was removed, all up job was professionally completed in a couple of hours. I highly recommend this young man, Sam for his professionalism, honesty, and dedication. He initially came to carry out an endoscopic camera inspection of the drainage and downpipes, but once he discovered a major leak and another issue related to the bursting pipe caused by poor workmanship from the builder, he immediately understood the urgency and knew that if it wasn’t dealt with straight away, it could have turned into a much bigger plumbing and structural problem.Sam went above and beyond to fix the issues properly, even driving back and forth to suppliers multiple times for materials. Despite it getting late and dark, he stayed until the urgent problems were rectified and still completed the drainage inspection and provided a detailed report the same day.What also stood out was his respect and care, every time he entered the house, he removed his shoes without being asked. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work ethic was exceptional. It’s rare to find someone this diligent, respectful, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly. Highly recommended.
