I previously came to Touch Advanced Aesthetics for my first facial and had a wonderful experience, so I returned today for my second laser tattoo-removal session. This experience was completely different from the first place I tried!My pain tolerance is very low, and I was extremely nervous, but Madi made sure I felt comfortable and was properly numbed before beginning. She started with a test spot, and to my surprise, the pain was very tolerable. She was patient, caring, and never rushed the process.Liz, the owner, is also very kind and knowledgeable. During my session, she helped determine the appropriate setting for the Pico laser and explained how my hyperpigmentation could affect the treatment. She also gave me helpful advice on healing and aftercare.Madi was amazing, and I would definitely recommend her—especially to anyone who feels nervous about laser tattoo removal. We also discussed additional treatments I’m interested in, and I’m excited to return. Once I’m completely healed, I can’t wait to get my nano brows done!

The technician was absolutely lovely—friendly, chatty, and made us both feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. She was professional, explained everything clearly, and did an amazing job throughout the appointment.Tattoo removal isn't always the most comfortable experience, but her kindness and positive attitude made such a difference.We both left feeling really well looked after. Her laser has a cooling probe that makes the experience so much easier!
