Additionally, I’ve done several sessions in the ice cold plunge and infrared sauna as a way to train my mind (his suggestion) and can proudly say that I worked myself up to 15 mins in the cold plunge! After a 5 year injury that has affected my breathing, from 1 session I was able to breathe and sleep for the first time in 5 years! I continue to visit them, and coupled with Dr.Abrahams chiropractic work! I have been able to work, breathe and live again!! From the beautiful & kind Receptionists women who are so helpful, caring and have your best interest in mind! The entire institution is huge with A gym, massage rooms, and an infrared sauna and cold-plumge I have also tried the Cold-Plunge & Infrared Sauna and have purchased the membership! It’s amazing the entire institute is a gem that’s like no other. The Massage therapists are like no other!! They’re not your average Massage Therapist! They are Medical Massages ! Dr. David is amazing. I went to see him because I could hardly walk. I thought it was a sciatic nerve. He started making me do certain exercises and movements and rubbed area and explained to me that it was my hip flexor.I went in with a cane and left walking on my own.It’s a great place.
